TAI CHI EVENING CLASS Hawkshead  
New class starting Monday 8th February 6-7PM. Tai Chi is an old Chinese health exercise which is very different from other types of exercise. Apart from being a terrific weight-bearing, non-impact system, it’s also an excellent self-healing exercise. All welcome.
