There are routes to suite all ages and abilities. You can choose to ride locally, or even get as far afield as Langdale. Check out the local Ordinance Survey (Explorer OL7) map for the possibilities.
The nearby Grizedale Forest Park offers a perfect environment for safe off road riding for children of all ages. There is biking for everyone, from the technical to the fun, with every kind of bike…yes that includes the municle (the mountain biking unicycle).
Maps and information about the trails are available from the Visitor Centre at Grizedale.
